Are you expecting or a new mom? Have you gotten a swing yet? If you haven’t it’s probably because there’s a billion and one different ones on the market. You like this one and that one for complete different reason. Why can’t they make one universal awesome swing that wouldn’t cost us our wonderful long legs and nicely tanned arms. Thats because no one swing is right for everyone or baby! I do believe I found the one that is great for just about anyone though!

The Graco Glider LX swing is just wonderful. Its not only smaller then normal swings and takes up way less space but is super cute as well.

Some great pointers is it is gliding motion. My son just happens to adore the gliding instead of the swaying. He is cradled in the swing and looks so cozy. I love the fact that I can plug the swing in or use batteries as well. Perfect to bring for over night trips if that’s what you have planned or just to place in the middle of a big room. It has a two vibration setting as well. The back reclines on the seat and provides great body support.It has 6 gliding speeds. My son preferred the 1 when he was a brand new baby and now being 3 months old likes the third. It also has 10 musical sounds and 5 nature sounds. It also has a 5 point harness to ensure your baby is staying put!

I have used this swing so much that by three months it has paid for itself. My son was in the NICU because he was born a month early. When he came home at 5+lbs and what seemed like a super tiny baby, he fit perfectly in it. It cradled his whole body and really made him feel snug. The swing can be used up to 30lbs.

I am telling you this swing is fantastic. It also only cost about $140 (price varies from retailers)! Not bad at all compared to other swings out there.

These are some of his first days home in his swing! I did buckle him at first but choose not to keep doing it. You are suppose to use the 5 point harness but I choose not to at the moments the pictures were taken! He was reclined all the way back and not moving at all being a new born! Now that he is a wiggler. We buckle him and he is safe and sound!

Man don’t babies grow so fast! It seems like yesterday I was rushing to the hospital because my water broke and got a cute squishy old man! I just love the cushions the sides it comes with too. Makes him just a tiny extra cozy and snug with being so little!

You can see how happy he is in the swing! Dreaming away while listening the sound of moving water. I also love bringing the swing in the kitchen while I am cooking and being able to peek over at him and see a sleeping, happy baby. So great to have the option of it being potable with batteries!

This picture you can clearly see the little nook in my living room that it fits the best in. He happens to enjoy this little baby nook because of the bright window and sunshine he gets during the day! Yes, that is my cat! That cat drives me up the wall and thinks everything for the baby, he has rights too! He has been caught in the swing by the way without baby in it of course! There is a little string of animals that dangle from the bar going across the swing! We had to take that off because the cat thought it was his own personal play toy! We can’t take the chance of him jumping on baby. I am not sure what farm we would drop him off at then!

Now this is him stretching his little limbs out right before I grab him up to give him mommy love! This has been the best swing for me, my baby, and our house! It takes little room and really works wonders when I need that minute to catch up on anything I may have put aside to give my undivided mommy attention!
