No Mess Sloppy Joes

I received no compensation or product for this post!

Who has been looking for an easy, fun meal for kids that doesn’t involve a messy clean up! I know I have. My girls think its practice for an Olympic game to get as many crumbs as possible on the floor. Sometimes while they are getting a bath, I will find random sauce spots in the back of their head or behind an ear. I am like “really?” They just giggle, probably thinking “got you mom in their heads”.

Trick or treat night came and went super fast. I always wonder where did all that time, planning, and money go that went into it. Its gone in literally 60 seconds. Well That night we made this amazing fun dinner.

We bought…
Pillsbury flaky biscuits
Cheddar cheese
1lb of hamburger
One can of Manwich sloppy joe

They were fast and simple to make. Cost me about $10 to make. Everyone loved them. My kids gobbled them up no issues, even asked for seconds. My kids ask for seconds on meat is crazy. It’s so hard to get them to eat meat for some reason.

The first thing you do is cook the meat up, then mix in the sloppy joe sauce.(about the longest step)

Now you open the biscuits. I cut mine in half!
Then I got a big spoon and spooned a heaping in the middle, I also added some cheese topping to each biscuit. (I had more biscuits, they were already cooking)
Then you fold the top over and press the sides down to close them.
You bake the goods for whatever the biscuit container says too. In my case it was 13 minutes. They came out perfect and o, so scrumptious!  Think of how creative you can get with this idea. You can make your own pizza pockets or whatever you can dream up!
In the end. You get something that looks like this inside! There was no mess and super
easy clean up!

My Husband made these and they were so good. There really wasn’t a mess either ans our kids loved them. They won’t eat a regular sloppy joe because they fall apart, these don’t. I recommend everyone should try this recipe.
