    I prefer to read ebooks now. I was dragged kicking and screaming into the ereader world. I loved to hold a real book in my hands and swore I would never go to ebooks. Now I carry my kindle with me everywhere and I love it, when I finish a book I know that I always have another one right there.

      I’m not kicking and screaming, but I just haven’t had the opportunity to try ebooks. And like you, I like to hold a real book in my hands. But you give me hope that I will enjoy reading ebooks and become a member of the ereader world! Thanks for sharing!

    I want to win this for a wonderful friend of mine who can’t afford a Kindle Fire. I have one and love it. I can’t hold the real books anymore due to arthritis in my hands so bad and the Kindle Fire cover lets it stand up so I can read it without the pain in my hands getting worse. My friend has the same problem and would be so happy to have a Kindle and I would so love to surprise her with one. If I could afford to buy her one I surely would but being disabled can’t so I try hard to win one just for her.     I read more printed books than ebooks, but I’m trying to switch over because I buy so many books that I’m running out of places to store them! I can’t part with my books and they are taking over the house!

    I read my ebooks on my android since my Kindle died. It is my favorite way to read my books these days, although I do read physical books and audio books. I just plain love to read.

    I am an a compulsive reader. I have always read almost everything I can get my hands on. My Kindle is my friend because it allows me to read tons of books without having a mile high stack of books. I have converted my daughter to Kindle reading also. I would love to win a new Kindle so I can give my old one to my grand daughter, who also loves to read.

  124. I do a mixture. I will go through phases were I will read only physical books for weeks. Then there will be a book that is only on kindle and then I will end up reading e books for awhile.

    I certainly read electronic books more then paper books. I love the ease of getting them, that they don’t take up space in my house, and I can read up on a subject and do it privately!     I would love to win a kindle fire so that I can read the books I love. However with two missionaries out, two kids in college and one still at home, it is hard to find the time and the money for a kindle fire let alone the physical books that I like to read. It would also help me to accomplish my new years resolution of reading more books with my family. Since all of my children already have kindles they can read the books and have them easily accessible. If I were to win a kindle fire I would also be able to easily access these books and join in the conversation with my family rather than waiting for them to finish with their kindles so I can read.
