This recipe you can easily add more or take away from it. If you do not have a favorite. Just don’t include it. Add some more of your favorites.

You Need

1 TBSP cup of chopped dried Gogi Berries

1 TBSP cup of chia seeds

1 TBSP cup of sun flower seeds

1 TBSP chopped peanuts

1 TBSP of flaxseed grinded up

2 TBSP of coconut

2 TBSP of coconut flour(can add more if it is too wet)

1/2 cup of Rolled Oats

-Can add 3 TBSP of honey is you want it more sweet

You add in the peanut butter and coconut flour. Mix up and then add in all your other yummy ingredients. Once everything is mixed well to your liking. You just roll and press them into balls. I like to place mine in the fridge for a cold snack to pop in when I need a natural energy boost. These are awesome for the kids and because of all the yummy nuts and peanut butter. They are always calling for a nice glass of water. Mom win all around! I can’t wait to brings these on our many adventures this spring and summer!!

I always look for healthy snacks, this gives me another idea, only i would use almond butter, sense no one in our family likes peanut butter.

  3. These look so good. My 3 year old has a severe peanut allergy so I would have to substitute the peanut butter for sunbutter. Yummy!

  4. These look yummy and packed with protein and fiber. Thanks for sharing.

  5. i love these so much & so do my grandkids, thanks

  6. Oh these sound good. The peanut butter makes it so the other ingredients don’t taste dry. I might add some chocolate to it!

This combination looks great! I also like to add cacao nibs and almond butter (instead of peanut butter to my energy balls). I also try to add some berry powders (like acai, maqui, and camu camu berries) for added nutritional benefit. Thanks for the recipe!
