Quick Healthy On The Go Breakfast

Are you looking for that perfect on the go or even quick breakfast. Not just any breakfast but a healthy one? This one will be perfect for you. It is easily adaptable to your favorite cravings. Oatmeal in a jar. All you do it prep it and then let it in the fridge over night for the perfect, yummy on the go breakfast. You can make these ahead of time for the week or even the next day. You can even just grab it out of the fridge and know you have something on the healthier side to enjoy instead of grabbing fast food. I, myself like to just take a bite here and there during the day!

Here’s the know how! 

You will need ROLLED OATS. I got mine from my local farm store. I got a mixture with dried fruit in it and some sunflower seeds. You add about 1/2 to 3/4 to your jar and pour enough milk in it to cover the top of the oats. Then pop ti in the microwave for a minute and 30 seconds. Then let cool and mix in your favorite toppings like more nuts, fruit, honey or even sugar for flavor. Then pour just a tad more milk into it. Put the cap on it and set it in the fridge to grab on your way out the door. Really simple and one step to starting the day right!
