Is your child starting school or already in school. Campbell’s Label For Education is an amazing program to see if your child’s school is involved in. Labels for education makes it super easy for your to earn points too. All those points add up. You don’t even realize how many products your are using that you could of saved all those points for and sent them to your child’s school. I love easy recipes and tasty dinners for my family. I know my kids enjoy them too. They are just starving always and if they do not get food, NOW, they may just die. So anything quick and easy is a go for me! Campbell’s soup is one added bonus for a ton of recipes of mine. I can toss a can in anything it and it adds that something extra special. All while helping my kids school. great, right?!

This is my go to recipe for an after school meal. I keep cream of chicken Campbell’s Soup on hand as a pantry staple. We love making this side dish. It is one of my girls favorites.

Ingredients

3 cups of cooked rice

2 cups of corn

1 can of cream of chicken Campbell’s Soup

1/4 cup of milk

Salt and pepper to taste.

First you want to prepare your rice. Everyone does this different. So do what works for you. I like to use a rice maker or 5 minute rice. Once your rice is done set aside for a little bit. Heat up your corn. Once your corn and rice are done combine it into a big bowl. Then add your can of cream of chicken and your milk. Once everything is combined well. Toss it into a casserole pan and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Once that is cooked, let cool for a few minutes.

Then you can eat it as it is. We love to top it with some grilled chicken and fresh veggies. The whole family loves it and the kids always ask for seconds.

My daughter loves eating it and asking me to save her label for education.
