Do you watch football in your house? Well we do and it may not be my favorite season for tv watching but it is for friends. It’s a reason to have friends come over and hang out. I also love making some good food in a small time frame. I don’t like to be in the kitchen while my friends are here having fun. I count on food that are easy to prep and heat up. I love that I can run into my local Walmart and grad a DiGiorno Pepperoni STUFFED CRUST® Pizza. I will say it tastes amazing! There is no reason to leave the crust on this pizza. It takes about 20 minutes to heat up and serve.

I also always make sure I have some cold coke in the fridge to share with my guests. I also love whipping up some different but delicious drinks. We made some Lime Coke Floats. I have to say they are a hit. They take seconds to throw together. It’s refreshing and with a little zing.

To make the coke float you need three ingredients.

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 coke bottle

1/4 of a lime

Lime slices to garnish

Start by putting your ice cream in your cup. Then squeeze 1/4 of the lime on top of the vanilla. Now slowly pour in your coke. Pop in a fun paper straw and you have yourself and really fun refreshment.

You can also make some mint ritz crackers. Almost taste like thin mint cookies! These were gone in no time. So if you make these make extra. Perfect dessert snack for any game  going on. All you do is dip the cracker in chocolate and sprinkle with some mint chocolate. Recipe HERE.

We just love entertaining and football season is just more of an excuse to have some good food and friends come over.
