Summer is just about here, yay! Well I am happy till it is at least like 90 out. Unless I am on the beach, then it can be 90. Anyway, we love to grill all year. So when summer comes we get super excited to not only grill for ourselves but invite friends over for outdoor lunch. We just kinda updated our patio furniture and dying to use it! Giant Eagle is my one stop shop too for all my must haves and needs. I can everything from drinks, entree, dessert, and more from them.

I love how Giant Eagle has all the displays set up. I can actually quick run for some grilling needs and find it in one location instead of spread all over different isles. Awesome! It’s actually pretty handy for my husband to actually run in “quick” to the store. He gets side tracked a lot. They also have a huge selection of all kinds of products and brands I always find something to fit my cravings.

We whipped up some angus burgers with a ruffles chips and Valastic dil pickles. We also made some bacon horseradish spread that can double as a chip dip too. So this is how we made it and also stacked our banging burger.

bacon

Bacon spread

1/2  tea spoon of dill

pink of salt and pepper

1 teaspoon of garlic

1 teaspoon of horseradish

1.4 cup of chopped up Oscar Myer bacon bits

1/2 of Hellmanns’s Mayo

1/3 cup of sour cream

First start by precooking your bacon. Set it aside and let cool. Meanwhile add the mayo and sour cream to the bowl.

Next you want to toss in your spices and stir around.

Now chop of your bacon and add it to the mix. Put it in the fridge until your ready to use it.

Now make your burger and add a slice of kraft cheese on top of it. Place it on the bun and start to layer it. Add some of you Bacon spread , bacon slices, small squirt of Heinz sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. Then add a few chips because who doesn’t love some more crunch. Put your burger bun top on and enjoy. Sounds a little weird but It was a bangin burger for us!

I was able to get everything and more from Giant Eagle! Let me know some of your favorite summer grilling recipes!

There aren’t many foods I like better than a good cheeseburger. Adding a bacon spread to it is a huge bonus! I need to pin that.
