School is just around the corner. I am a little sad but mostly happy. Can us parents do a small happy dance? I am prepared to pack the perfect lunches, provide amazing after school snacks, and high five all my kids for every paper they give me. The only thing is, I will be doing this 100% for the first month, till it slowly dies down a little. Then it’ll be what is the easiest snack to give or lunches to make. Giant Eagle is an amazing stop for all my needs If  I am mom of the month or mom to get it done.

Giant Eagle has a variety of all kinds of products to onto my lifestyle and super convient to run into and grab a few things or a week worth of items. If you like to pack great lunches for your kids and back to school, this is a hot spot.

In our house we love peanut butter but we love almost anything! We created a fun back to school, after school snack.

Peanutbutter Oreo Dirt

Servings ( 2)

2 Snack Pack Pudding Cups

6 Oreo cookies

2 table spoons of Jiffy smooth peanut butter

First you want to start by getting 4 of your cookies and smashing them into a bowl. I am fancy and used the back of a plastic cup. I didn’t wanna pull our any kitchen appliance for an easy snack! The back end of a plastic cup works wonders.

Put that aside once they are done being crumbled.

Now get your pudding cups and add them into a bowl. Mix in your two table spoons of peanut butter. I also love just getting a heaping spoonful of it and adding it. Can’t have too much peanut butter.

Then mix well and set aside. Now add some Oreo crumbs to the bottom of your serving bowl. Add your peanut butter mixture in top. Now sprinkle some more Crumbs on it.

Top it off with two Oreo cookies. They will be thanking you for such a yummy snack. This is totally a snack you can improvise on lots of find at Giant Eagle. You can also whip this up on your lazy days.

Enjoy the back to school and miss your kids, like we eventually do! Pack those lunches the easy way and simple sometimes is better. Do PB&J, Goldfish, and two Oreos. Thats one of my kids favorite lunches to get.
