Android, I Phone, Window’s Phone, Oh My!

So almost everyone I know has a cell phone, tablet, or e-reader with internet access. There’s beginning to be not just one or the other but different choices in how you use your electronics. I wanna know everyone’s opinions or different systems they use.

I, myself use an Android. I love it! I can not imagine going to a I phone(apple) product. I have never really given it a try to begin with because I’ve always had an Android. I think Android is becoming to be bigger and is playing catch up quickly to I phones. Also trying to break out and come out with different things compared to an I phone. I only hate how its so easy for I phones to have I tunes on there phones or other Apple products. Android you have to kind of find a way around some things. It seems apple is so universal that you can go to a dollar store or a high end products store and be guaranteed to find products to fit or go with your I phone. An Android that’s a different story. I got an HTC One when they came out. I can tell you, I hunted down a phone case. Sure, I could buy a boring black one but not a cool, colorful one like I phone users have.

What I love about my Android is how easy it is to get use too. While I can download music easy from the play store. It may just be me,  I can never find the songs I bought to pin to my phone. (Pin I mean so they stay on my phone when wifi is not in use.) I happen to find that annoying and complicated for no reason. Why isn’t the purchased items clear like on the I tunes store? I can easily navigate that. That could be because I grew up using it too.

I am not giving up on you Android! I swear they are going to be just as big as I phone, I hope. I would love more options for my Android from personal settings to phone cases. If they would just pick one shape and stick with it, companies might be willing to make different cute designs for the phones. There are so many different types and shapes of Android phones, that I can see why they have limited amount to offer. In a few months a new one will be out.

Now enough about all that. The newest one to catch my eyes is the Windows Phone. Windows has been around how long and just came up with a phone type deal. I have never really had the luxury of owning one or know much about them. I know from the few minutes I played with it in the store, it was different but fun. I like to challenge myself with new electronics and become familiar with them.

So for some reason I can’t give up my Android phone. I keep pondering what it would be like to have an I phone because everything is geared toward I phone apps and user. While Android is starting to pop up. It seems there will always be more in the Apple world and I feel like I am missing out. I remain a true Android gal till, well who knows what my next phone will be. It would be extremely hard to part with. SOme people do not like change and I can see why. You never know how a gadget will be after an update or upgrade. Learning something new all the time.

I am interested to know about your thoughts? What kind of electronic do you have and use. Do you love it?  What team are you on?

  1. I have been a loyal Android Phone user. I started with Droid went through them all then to Droid Bionic and now to the Samsung Galaxy S4 which uses android. I can’t imagine trying to go to a different one like iPhone or windows.

I don’t have a cell phone, but if I were to get one it would either be the Samsung Galaxy S4 or maybe the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, both of which run on Android. I do have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet which is also Android. I have used an iPad at the place I used to work and our laptops and desktops here at home are all Windows 8.1 which makes a Windows phone really appealing, but I think for the number of apps available, I would still go with an Android phone.
