Are you looking for that perfect finger food or maybe that quick and easy lunch idea for the kids? These Ham and Cheese Roll Ups are perfect. They take just minutes to assemble and then bake! So easy and the kids will love it. This is one of those amazing ideas that just ave you rocking your super mom socks that day. You may even have a chance to sit down and enjoy that hot coffee for once. It takes 3 ingredients. Change it and do a pepperoni and cheese roll up. What will you come up with?

INGREDIENTS (Yields about 10 rolls)
1 package refrigerated Crescent Rolls
5-6 oz Sliced Cooked Ham (lunchmeat)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Mustard (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Unroll dough onto prepared sheet and crimp together all the roll perforations.
If you are using mustard, at this point evenly spread over dough.
Evenly spread cheese over the dough.
cover cheese with the ham slices. Cut slices to make sure you have even coverage.
Roll up the pinwheels starting from the long side.
Slice into 10-12 slices with a sharp knife.
Place slices on baking sheet and cook at 350 for about 12 minutes or until golden.
