BlackBerry Pineapple Smoothie -Chia Seeds

I received a product sample (Blender) in exchange for this post. All opinions are mine and mine alone.


Are you looking a different kind of smoothie or even a icee? This one will deliver with a little sour and sweet.  I promise mostly sweet! This is the perfect afternoon pick me up. It will be sure to give your taste buds a wake up.  Just in time for that afternoon snoozer. Sure naps are awesome whenever we can get them but some days it’s better to just do something! So enjoy a few moments either with your family or by yourself. Just picture your happy place whenever you may be enjoying your drink. Should I say sharing it, if kids are around. The great thing about this drink if the kids will love it too and  you can easily double up and make extra. No sharing required!


-To make one drink-

1/2 cup of blackberries

1/2 cup of pineapple chunks or crushed

1/4 cup of pineapple juice-or- orange juice

1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)

1 cup of ice

I made this using a Blendtec Blender. So Speeds and time may vary. IF you’d like to check out a Blendtec blender-CLICK HERE

First add in your ice and other ingredients. Then put your blender on smoothie mode or blend for 20-30 seconds. Now you can pour into your glass and enjoy! If you find it a bit to bitter just add some pineapple juice. Just let your mind wonder to your happy place and enjoy any moment your in.

(Who says you can’t add a little vodka come late night dinner too 🙂
