Christmas is a special time of year. It is a time of giving. It doesn’t have to be expensive over the top. The real magic sometimes is just sharing something with someone. Isn’t it crazy too how when you were a kid you would crack open a coke bottle if you were lucky. During Christmas time it was always the Holiday design of the polar bear or Santa for Coca Cola and it was like a known family tradition we just had to have them. My parents use too and still collect Coke products. The real magic is when we share a coke.

My father in law has been getting big cases of bottled coke for ages now. It’s like a special treat for me. I love coke and it’s more fun to drink in a glass bottle. Guess I feel cooler or like the coke taste better. Well My father in law is always buying me or our family stuff. It’s not big items either. Coke case here and there, snack for the kids too. Al these little things that we all love. Since my father in laws favorite store doesn’t have his normal coke bottles in. We ran to Walmart and got him a special glass bottle Holiday Cokes. It’s been a few weeks since he had a nice bottle of coke. So this is something he will love, get a laugh out of, and enjoy to the last drop. Coke is a gift in itself but we even spruced up his gift wrapping with some fun little touches.

We made him a little name tag from black paper and a chalk pen. We also clipped that onto a small coke glass we found, so cute right?! Last but not least a little something to keep our baby Coca-Colas nice and cozy till they arrive home safe and sound.

First we got the black tag and drew his name on it with a green chalk marker. Then we used a blue chalk marker and made little snow flakes.

You can make the snow flakes by adding a dot then four long lines on either side and then 4 smaller lines in the middle of the big ones.

Then you get your mini close pin that can also be found at Walmart in the craft section and clip it to the small coke bottle. I found these adorable bottle scarves, who even knew there was such a thing. I tied them around the bottles. The perfect addition to make sure I got a smile. Knowing my father in law he may enjoy one coke or two but he will pass on his smiles and share with everyone. That is the real magic in everything with him. So selfless and kind.
