Looking for a snack that you can love?! Maybe your favorite cookie ever is Thin Mint from Girls Scouts. I know I love them. I know I buy like 10 boxes when they are being sold. What do I do when I want my fix and it’s not cookie season?! Why not try these super simple cookies that will be a crowd pleaser. I can not promise you won’t eat an entire box of Ritz Cookies!
You need
Ritz Crackers
Godiva Melting Chocolate
Andes Mints
First start by getting a piece of wax paper and laying it out on the counter.
Get your Andes mints and chop them up into little bitty pieces. Set aside
Then melt your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 25 seconds intervals and mix in between breaks. You will want to do this until it’s smooth.
Now dunk your Ritz crackers in the chocolate and take out with a fork. Place on Wax paper and sprinkle the top with chopped up Andes mints. Repeat for all your crackers. Then let harden or put into the fridge to harden quicker. Then you can enjoy!
