Busy days have only just started for me. This year we have two kids in school and one at home. One is in cheer and the other soccer. Thats like 3/5 days for practices, some Saturdays, and most Sundays for games. Our week is literally non-stop. What do we eat for dinner? Well at first it was fast food junk. Yuck, we don’t even like it. We needed to come up with dinner ideas that were either fast or something I could set and forget till it was time to eat.
