Stuffed Pie Pockets- To-Go Treat

Are you looking for a quick last minuet idea for your sweetie? Why not make her/him something for on the go. Go and watch the stars tonight or prep for a long movie night. This little quick snack will have her/him asking for seconds. If your lucky, You may get seconds on more then just this scrumptious treat. A second movie would be awesome, RIGHT?!

These are Called Stuffed Pie Pockets, YUM, Right?! You can stuff them with a favorite jelly, pie filling, cream cheese, fruit, and more. You can make them in these cute little hand held, on the go, yummy desserts.

First you will need

Pre-made Pie Crust from Pillsbury, cream cheese or filling from Whole Foods Market, Table spoon of melted butter. (Raspberry cream cheese filling is whats inside these pockets, get the recipe HERE)

If you have a Presser that’s great to help make the pockets. If not, Then you can just cut the pie crust into circles.

– Cut Pie crust into small circles.

-Put a spoonful or two of filling in the middle.

-Then press the edges down with a fork to seal them up.

-Use some melted butter from Whole Foods Market and brush a thin layer on top of the pockets.

– BAKE at 350 degrees and 10-12 minutes. Or until the pie pockets are golden brown.

You have your Stuffed Pie Pockets for on the go. They do awesome for on the go dessert. Or a breakfast treat for the kids. They are so simple and easy to make, no need to be a gourmet chef to whip these up. All products available at your local Whole Foods Market or grocery store.

    These look great they remind me of years ago when I used to make fried pies for my kids, filled with jelly or chopped apples, they were good and these would be great because they are baked instead of fried. Thank you for sharing this recipe, hot out of oven with scoop of vanilla ice cream sounds yummy
