Are you looking for something easy and delicious to make this season! Perhaps something that is just as amazing cold as it is hot. Even something that can be taken on a picnic or quick snack for those up and coming Egg hunts. This recipe will have your mouth watering before you even finish reading. These include Kraft Fresh Take and that just makes this idea even more amazing. While As a mom of three some night just need to be a taco night. You can create a taco inspired dinner cupcake using the fresh take packages by Kraft. This may look like it takes some time but I promise it will only save you time.
You can easily make these ahead of time and enjoy cold or add your own twist on it somehow. Kraft Fresh Take currently offers many different scrumptious choices. I choose to try the South West Three Cheese. For some reason when I saw this flavor combo, it had me thinking taco. Well you know what I went with it. In return I created an amazing, fun diner idea that the kids will love. Kraft fresh take packages are really amazing, I can’t wait to try all the other favors they offer. I also found these very easily in the cheese section at Walmart.
To make these you will need
One package of Kraft Fresh Take South West Three Cheese package
Sour Cream
Salsa
Soft tortillas
Corn (optional)
1 lb. of farm fresh hamburger
Now first you need to brown the hamburger up in a pan.
Once that is done-Add in the bread crumbs from the South West Three Cheese Fresh Take Package
Once that is all mixed up, set aside till your ready to dish it out. Now get your cupcake pan and spray it with some non-stick spray.
Grab a circle cookie cutter and press it in the flour tortillas to make a smaller circle. You can also use any round looking cutter or use a knife- It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Once they are all cut into circles, press them in the cupcake pan.
Now spoon a small dab of salsa into the bottom and layer the corn and meat next. Top the meat with a little bit of salsa to keep it from drying out. Then add as much cheese as your heart desires.
Then you want to pop then into the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
Then you can let them cool for a minute and take them out using a fork and enjoy then or on the go. You can also add a dab of sour cream on top or extra salsa.
