When I was a kid I grew up with snacks that they don’t even make now a days. If they do make, it’s no longer popular. There is one snack that has been around since I can remember. I also only have great memories of these yummy snacks. Jell-O Pudding Mix and Cool Whip. These are snack I grew up eating and now my kids eat too. They are so versatile it’s crazy. You can eat Jell-O Pudding Mix by following the direction on the box, super simple by the way. You can add it or do something totally different in making a new kids dessert.
My kids love popsicle all year long. More so in Spring and summer. What a better way to let them enjoy the outdoors, then kicking them outside to eat their yummy snack. I keep a clean house, drip free. They also get to have fun outside and enjoy some fresh air. We all know adults love to eat ice cream as well. We must admit, we probably still open a pack of Jell-o pudding or Jell-O pudding mix and enjoy it ourselves.
My grandmom use to mix the Jell-O Pudding mix some Coo l Whip. I am not sure but it always was just too darn good. To me it’s light and fluffy and a slightly creamer taste. My kids love it as well. So we created a fun, refreshing, and yummy snack to enjoy not only in summer by all year long. I don;t know about you but with school just about here. These are so quick to make and perfect to enjoy as an after school snack too.
