Yes, I said HOT! He is so sweet, strong, and courageous. Who wouldn’t love him? The Captain America Winter Solider is coming out “super” soon to DVD. I am so excited. My kids are so excited. We are huge Marvel fans in this house. We adopted a kitten who was sick when we got him, he was a fighter. So we named him Marvel. We can’t pick just one super hero we love. Movies are also big here too. I am huge movie bluff and love a good movie anytime of day. Movie night is not just for night time. We love to have movie nap time, should I say relax. Just watch a movie and chill out for a little.
While we love all MARVEL movies, we especially love Captain America. Snacking is also a big thing. You need the perfect snack. While it’s fun to just grab a bag of something delicious, it’s more special to have family time and make it fun. Sometimes you just need a special treat you can all enjoy. M&Ms® make the perfect addition to any recipe or add on to a snack. You can toss them in popcorn and make a mix, eat right out of the bag, or top them on a cupcake ice cream cone. You can even get $5 off the movie when you purchase M&M’s® Doubles score there.
CAN YOU GUESS WHAT MOVIE WE ARE WATCHING?
They have some really fun quizzies you can take too to find out what MARVEL super hero you are and what M&M’s® character you are. You all know you love taking these things. QUIZ HERE Let me know what one you got!
You can make your own M&Ms® topped cupcake in a cone.
Ingredients
I box Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of milk
1 Pack of mini Cupcake cones
M&Ms
1 cup of peanut butter to top cones with
Start by making your cake mix. (you can follow direction on the box too.) once that is all mixed up. You now want to place the mini cones into a cupcake pan. Then get a table spoon and spoon about one or two of those into the cone. Once you have finished filling all your cones, place them into the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Once they are done, let them cool down and then top with some icing. Now you can dunk the top of the cone into a bowl of M&Ms®. Set the treat aside and save for that perfect movie time snack break. Really cute and yummy snack for the kids to enjoy while enjoying family time. The best part is they can help you make these if you want them too.
