This year has been just nuts for me! I got engaged this year. I have two kids that started school plus my baby boy! I barley have time to sit and eat a hot dinner. This year I have the pleasure to host our families Thanksgiving dinner this Holiday. I love being a host, trust me. That means I don’t have to clean up. I’d much rather cook them clean. Well it also takes a lot of whip up those sides and baby sit a turkey all a day. I love going to our local HoneyBaked Ham store and cheating in a Delicious way. I can go into Honey Baked Ham and almost always have a coupon and a meal ready to go. I just have to heat and serve. It’s such a simple task it frees up so much of my time. So while other people are watching their turkey and cooking their ham, I am sitting drinking some Egg Nog with a little something, something and enjoying my family time. I also love the turkey and ham cold. So it makes for great left overs when you all want to make a sandwich and watch the game later in the evening.
