Holiday Coca Almond Spread

Holiday season I like to think I am a morning person. Early bird get the worm right? Well I really have to be up early everyday with the kids. Some mornings I like to indulge a little with something that includes chocolate. Holiday season I need something fast but delicious. I also love being able to make things ahead of time. I thought why take Planters Peanuts amazing coca almonds and make a spread for my bagels. That is what I did.

I made a crunchy coca spread. It gives my taste buds a whirl. I get something sweet but also filling and with some crunch. It takes a few minutes to whip up with a blender and enjoy.

You Need 

1 1/2 cups of Planters Peanuts Coca Almonds

1/4 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup of cream cheese

1/4 cup of powder sugar

First start by adding your coca almonds in the blender and crushing then into tiny pieces. When they are chopped up to your liking. Get your coconut oil and add that in and give it a mix. Then add your cream cheese and powder sugar. mix in you blender for about 40 seconds. Once that is done scrap out of the blender and put into a container. Then you can use right away or place in fridge for a later date. You can spread it on toast, bagels, french toast, and more.

We made our Planters peanut man pose with our Christmas tree. There is also a loyalty program built right into it as well. I think my favorite part is the selfie picture station! Who doesn’t love a reason to share a selfie.
