This Valentines Day I plan to really put my heart to paper. Valentines always bring back memories of growing up. When I was little my grandmother would always, always get me a tiny heart box of chocolates and special card just for me. I would wake up and it would be on the kitchen table. While this card and small box of candy isn’t much it meant so much to be as a kid and I felt so special. I am still remembering it to this day. I plan to pass this tradition down to my family. Some may think of Valentines as a couple holiday but why not bring my kids in this holiday as well. I do love them very much also.

After about 56 years this is my goal in love! You can just see it in their eyes how much they still are head over heels for eachother. (Que the tears)

So this year with the kids being older and in school now. This is their first big Valentines so I wanted to make it special for them. I am also getting married this year in September (Insert Squeeeeeeeel) So I can’t forget the future husband to be and how amazing he has been. He has loved me and my two girls. We are a blended family and it works. We have a son together and our little family is great. So even if I only get him a card that has and extra special “I Love You” in it, that works for him. IT works for me. Sometimes in this crazy life it’s so hard to really take time to explain how we feel.

Hallmark cards are and easy way to say I know I don’t show it often but I love you every second of every day. It can also say I am little side of sexy with a whole lot of goofy. It also can help you say everyday I know I say I love you but I “REALLY” love you. So many different ways to say things. While I get my future hubby a more romantic I love you card that is simple. I love getting the girls a card with extra special love. Hallmark has some Valentine cards with little surprises attached. The kids love these. It’s already super cool getting a card. Who doesn’t like to get a card!

This year I am putting my heart to paper in many ways. Doesn’t have to be a lot or a ton of writing. Hallmark cards just help us give and extra special nudge no matter the time of year. The cost of a card is so small that if you want to get them a card just because you can. Check out the Hallmark card section next time at your local store. There are Hallmark stores like at my local mall. They also carry them in some CVS and Walmarts.

I even got these adorable arrows! So he will not be missing this love note! Not even on our crowded fridge!

This last video reminds me of my fiance and I. We knew of each other for awhile but I never cared to notice because we just knew eachother. One night after about 3 drinks I got brave and started to talking (should say flirting) with him. Later on that night he kissed me on our friends couch. After that it was friends, then dating, then we moved in together. We are so opposite, sometimes I ask him how we ever liked eachother. I am goofy, fun, adventurous, want to take risks, more calm at times. He’s more laid back, to himself, hates roller coasters, and sometimes just boring (To me) It happens to all work out. We even eachother out. He’s my rock and I can count on him. Thinking how my life would of been if we never started talking is crazy. He was a guy I would have never even thought twice about dating but I needed change and it’s true that total opposites attract. Taking a risk would find the man of my dreams. (besides the fact he hates roller coasters!! But I can overlook that!)
