Recently I went to the a demo at a Giant. I don’t see those so much anymore. Of course It was busy and I could barely get a peek in at the B.K. Creamery Demo. It’s truly amazing how much stuff you can make with this product. I snatched what was left up. All the product was about gone besides two single cream containers. I will just start off by saying I am in love.
It’s so weird to love half and half and have this be the same thing but way better. First thing I did was take a spoon and try it. For some reason cannoli popped in my head plus the fact I can add this to my coffee.. (Ekkkk) Like I’m cheating by putting this cream in my coffee and thinking it’s a special treat. All the best ingredients that go into my coffee that happens to go very well with a cannoli. We have birthdays coming up for the kids and wanted something yummy but fun for them to snack on. So I thought let try making something that taste like a cannoli but not quite! Make sense? Doesn’t have too, It tastes amazing.
First start with
1/2 cup of B.k. Creamery Single Cream
1/3 cup of Cream cheese
1 tablespoon of sugar (option if you like it sweeter)
Chocolate chips or Sprinkles for toppings (optional)
Mini ice cream cones
First you want to start with adding the cream, cream cheese, and sugar in a mixer. Mix until smooth and creamy. Scoop out into a plastic zip lock baggy. Place in fridge for about half hour. Take out of fridge and cut one side of the corner off a little.
Grab your mini cones and fill up to desired amount. Then you can eat and keep them plain or add whatever toppings you love. Maybe have the kids decorate them as well. Super easy and so good. You and the kids will be going for seconds.

Oh my! These are amazing. When I was preggo I wasnt allowed sugar, and after I gave birth the only thing I wanted was a cannoli! They are my favs. I can’t wait to try BK Creamery this way. Ty for sharing! 🙂
