No Nut Butter Roll Ups

Do you have a picky kiddo? Maybe one that can’t have normal peanut butter. The Sneaky Chef® has an amazing sweet and nutty tasting spread. I am gearing up for back to school in the next month. I have one going into full day first grade and then one in kindergarten. I am thinking of what to pack for lunches and how to change up the plain old sandwiches. Just because I cut it in a small squares or triangles doesn’t mean it always all gets eaten. So I change up the most simple recipe and put a spin on it. With The Sneaky Chef® it’s easy to enjoy the flavor and add in some fun.

We made some quick and easy chocolate roll ups. Perfect for a school lunch or a lunch to take on a walk to the park. So many possibilities. Did I mention how easy this is.. Any mom, dad, sitter, guardian, etc can make these.

Start by grabbing your favorite bread. We love whole wheat bread in this house.

Grab a rolling pin and roll the bread slices flat as you can get. I like to also put a wax paper under so nothing sticks.

Then grab your No nut butter, I choose chocolate and spread a thing layer on.

Now roll it up and place aside.

Get a pan and warm it up with some butter in it. Add your rolls into it and crisp just a little bit. This adds a little extra crunch, flavor but also keeps it together longer.

Then after it’s done crisping. Set it aside. You can easily pack it into a lunch box or serve right away.

I also love serving these roll ups with a small up of The Sneaky Chef®  no nut butter cup. The kids love dipping their rolls ups into it. I also put some fruit on the side and add that refreshing taste they love too.
