Beachy waves are always wanted but you don’t always want to have to have been at the beach to get them. Beachwaver products are a great help to do just that and I have two products I want to let you know about. They do differ but they are both amazing, heat up fast and do a fantastic job. If you are not used to a rotating barrel, it can takes some getting used to, but I caught out pretty quickly. My hair was so awesome and I felt so confident with my hair being perfectly curled without a whole lot of effort.
The Beachwaver S1 is the less expensive product that I will be introducing you to and although that is the case, it still works great. This ceramic rotating curling iron will rotate perfectly to make the waves in your hair that you have always adored. There is an arrow button and a fast/slow speed switch which makes this iron so easy to use. There is also a new added Home button so that you can reset the clamp to the original starting position. You can create three different styles with this iron including defined curls, beachy waves and glam waves. You will have the perfect style in just minutes!
The Beachwaver S1 has a 5.5” ceramic rod and the heat is distributed evenly along the entire barrel. There is also a digital temperature clock that let’s you have the temperature range between 290°- 410°. Find the perfect heat setting for your hair. You won’t have to worry about it not being hot enough or being too hot. This iron’s dual rotation is controlled with the arrow buttons and the 8 ft swivel cord doesn’t leave you in a tangled mess. The small clamp on the iron holds a section of your hair but doesn’t leave a kink in it like other curling irons. You also will not have to hold your hair by hand anymore, which is awesome. I also loved that the rotation could be controlled to be either fast or slow.
The more expensive iron, the Beachwaver Pro, has a bigger barrel and left/right buttons. This iron was invented by celebrity hairstylist, Sarah Potempa. You can have those red carpet worthy curls in just one touch of a button. This curling iron rotates in both directions versus the Beachwaver S1. There are differences that I need to note between the two irons even though the way that the work is similar. The heat range on the Beachwaver Pro is hotter at a range of 310°- 450°, and it heats in just 30 seconds. The barrel is also bigger at 6.5” versus the 5.5” of it’s sister iron. The cord is also longer and features a 9 foot swivel cord. The barrel is also different by being made from gold infused ceramic tourmaline.
I did love that the Beachwaver Pro had a memory function that could remember how I used the iron last. This made it so easy for me to be able to use it everyday and not have to remember exactly what temperature I had found to make the look that I wanted. Both of the irons are amazing and depending on your needs from an iron that is able to curl and make waves in minutes, either one is perfect.
