Watermelon Fudge – All opinions are mine and mine alone. Did not receive anything for this post.
Are you excited for Spring? I know sure am. It’s 45 out today and I’m acting like spring is already here. Sunshine and fresh things. Thought why not try to make this super cute watermelon fudge. I must say it is super cute and depending on how you slice it. You want to eat the entire slice. May be a good or bad thing!
It’s easy, fun and pretty. Even not the not so savvy in the kitchen peeps can try this.
You will need
(I made this in a 7 inch round spring form pan)
2 cans of Sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of pink chocolate
1 1/2 cup of green chocolate
1 cup of white chocolate
4 teaspoons of vanilla
Black Fondant
(foil, nonstick spray, microwave safe bowls)
Ok, So to start you off have your pan ready. Line the pan with foil and then spray with a non-stick spray. Place aside.
Now in a bowl add in your green chocolate. Include 1/2 cup of sweetened milk and teaspoon of vanilla. Place the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take out and stir if chocolate isn’t all melted. Put back in for additional 15 seconds.
Once it is mixed and combined well pour into the bottom of the pan. Then use a rubber spatula to spread it out if needed. Place in freezer awhile.
Now get your white chocolate, add in vanilla and 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Melt in microwave and stir until combined.
Then take out the fudge from freezer, pour the white on top. Spread around evenly. Place back into freezer.
Now, grab your black fondant and get to making some seeds. I rolled a thin piece out and and then pinched ting pieces making a seed look alike. Put them on the wax paper.
Now for the pink, I have mixed a hot pink and a lighter pink to get this pink! Just winged it. But you want 2 cups of pink chocolate, 1/2 cup of condensed milk, two teaspoons of vanilla. Microwave for 30 seconds until it is smooth. Stir well and then take out the fudge from freezer and pour it on top. Smooth it out. Then grab your fondant seeds and sprinkle them on top of the fudge. Gently press on the seeds if needed. Then place the fudge in the fridge for 3 hours or until harden.
Once it is hard, take out of the pan, take off the foil, and put on some wax paper. Then cut how you desire and enjoy it.

See it’s really not so hard. It takes a little bit of time but the look is crazy good and people will love it.
Maybe make small slices and add a stick to the ends.
