Did you know the benefits green tea can have? They are amazing. Tips below are just some I’ve found on the internet. I love drinking green tea. It is one of a few teas I can put into hot water and drink as is.. No sugar or anything added to my cup. It’s refreshing while out hiking for me too. I bring some water and sometimes bring green tea chilled in my bottle. I like to switch up my drinks when I can.
Lipton came out with this new tea that can be drank hot or cold and it still taste amazing. this has become a serious love for me.
If you, like many people around the world, drink green tea on a regular basis, then you’ll be happy to know that you’re also helping your skin at the same time. This type of beverage is particularly good for the skin because it contains lots of antioxidants.
These antioxidants help to lower your risk of sun damage and can even radically reduce your risk of sunburn. All of this means you may have a lowered likelihood of developing spots and wrinkles over time.
Antioxidants also help to protect your skin from UV radiation, and can prevent cell damage. This, in turn, leads to you having younger and clearer skin for longer, with better density and elasticity. The
antioxidants are also able to help reduce redness and inflammation in the skin, which can tend to be caused by aging as well as the development of free radicals.
There is a hot drink conflict that sometimes happens. You have the coffee drinkers and tea drinkers. Well I am both! When it comes to tea there is all kinds of different kinds. Black tea, green tea, fruit tea, and so much more. I love all of them so far but I especially love green tea of all sorts. In my green tea I don’t need any added sugar and for me it’s so good. Lipton Matcha Tea is one of my new favorite products. you can drink it hot or cold too. (Win win)
It’s a fresh green tea blended with pure Japanese Matcha, YUM!!! Well have you seen the sorta kinda new tea bags? You get 15 pyramid tea bag count, with heat sealed envelopes. You may not think it matters but I personally love it. I drink green tea for all sorts of reasons. I drink it to avoid soda, to calm down, to relax, and sometimes I literally sit on my deck in the sun with a cup of tea. (it’s magical for that split second a kid doesn’t interrupt it) Legend has it that Buddhist monks used Matcha to enhance their focus for long hours of meditation, and to be alert and present in the moment. I need this in every moment in everyday.
You can find your moment of focus with Lipton’s Magnificent Matcha Mint green tea, blended with pure Japanese Matcha and Mint in pyramid tea bags. Lipton tea blends are made with 100% natural Rainforest Alliance certified tea leaves and Matcha powder. I can get behind that stuff.
Enjoy the smooth taste of Matcha balanced with the refreshing goodness of green tea, capturing the best of what the green leaf tea has to offer. This has become one of my favorites and if you love this sorta tea or want a new one to try. I highly suggest giving it a go. It’s a refreshing and round sip with a smooth and mellow finish.
