Beginner Friendly Instant Pot Recipes
Using an Instant Pot to cook yourself up some wonderful meals is a great shout for both beginner cooks and expert cooks. Instant Pot Cornish Hen

You can start with this tasty Instant Pot Cornish hen recipe which is a great way to quickly roast a hen without compromising on taste. It cooks in just 25 minutes and the meat comes out extremely tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
1 Cornish hen
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp sea salt
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 bunches of fresh thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 slices of lemon
6 potatoes chopped up
Method:
Firstly, you need to grease the chicken with butter, salt, garlic, and thyme. While you do that, pour olive oil into the Instant Pot and click the saute option. Add the cornish hen into the pot and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until it starts to brown. After that, add potatoes, garlic, thyme, and the chicken brother. Make sure you stir it well. Then close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once it’s cooked, wait 5 minutes for the pressure to release, then you can open the lid and serve.
Instant Pot Broccoli and Beef
Next up we have a crowd favorite, Instant Pot Broccoli and beef recipe. It is really easy to make and is packed full of beautiful Asian flavors. This tasty dish is a great way to trick kids into eating your vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb of flank steak sliced into thin strips
1 tbsp canola oil
4 cloves of crushed garlic
3/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 pound broccoli
3 tbsp cornstarch
Method:
Firstly, put your canola oil in the Instant Pot and press the saute button. When the oil has heated up, add the meat in batches and brown the meat. Next stir in the beef broth, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir well and then cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. When the cooking time finishes, make sure you release the pressure. Once you have done this you can add cornstarch and water. Next, you press saute again and add in your chopped broccoli. Let it cook for 3 minutes and then everything is all done!

Method:
The first thing you need to do is pour 2 cups of water into the instant pot. Then add all of the ingredients and make sure that you stir everything well. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Once the time has ended, make sure you do a quick pressure release. Then you can open the lid and quickly blend the soup and it is ready to be served.
