Clermont, Florida, is home to many industries today. Clermont attracts tourists visiting nearby Walt Disney World and other Orlando area attractions. Citrus fruit production is a major agricultural industry, taking advantage of Clermont’s inland central Florida location, and the South Lake Hospital is a major employer providing healthcare services to the region. What other industries might be found in the area? 

Tourism 

Clermont County, located in central Florida, is a popular tourist destination known for its natural beauty and small-town charm. For history buffs, there are museums documenting the region’s Native American heritage and pioneer settlers. Those seeking theme park thrills can find them just outside the county at the major Orlando attractions. With its mix of nature, history, small-town appeal, and proximity to Orlando’s amusement parks, Clermont County offers a little something for every tourist.
